Job Description

At Octalas BasS, the Finance Department plays a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate reporting, and exceptional service delivery. The Service Representative will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and financial partners — providing support, resolving queries, and maintaining high standards of service efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment and understands the importance of confidentiality, precision, and customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to financial transactions, statements, reconciliations, and account activities.

  • Support onboarding of new clients by collecting documents, assisting with compliance steps, and coordinating with internal departments.

  • Process and verify financial requests such as transfers, settlements, and account adjustments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

  • Escalate complex cases appropriately to ensure timely problem resolution.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and departmental documentation.

  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvements within the Finance Department.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Experience: 1–3 years in a finance, banking, payments, or customer service environment
Skills:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in financial systems, CRM tools, and MS Office

  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills

  • Ability to manage pressure and deliver accurate work within deadlines

  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude

Salary

$85,000 - $90,000 Per Year
