Responsibilities
Ensure daily operational processes run smoothly across all business lines, from onboarding to settlements.
Oversee risk management, compliance alignment, and internal controls in coordination with regulatory requirements.
Maintain service-level excellence through structured monitoring, reporting, and escalation procedures.
Liaise with banking partners, issuers, technology vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues rapidly.
Drive operational improvements, automate workflows, and enhance efficiency across systems and departments.
Coordinate cross-border operations between Dubai, Ireland, and partner jurisdictions.
Ensure timely execution of payments, reconciliations, and client support processes.
Support leadership with strategic operational planning for growth, scalability, and product expansion.
Uphold Octalas BasS standards in security, data protection, and platform reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
Experience: 3–7 years in Financial Services, Payments, Banking-as-a-Service, FX, or FinTech operations
Skills:
Strong operational leadership and analytical skills
Knowledge of compliance, KYC/KYB, AML, and risk frameworks
Experience with payment systems, IBAN issuing, cards, and settlement workflows
Excellent problem-solving abilities and vendor management skills
Strong communication, documentation, and process-optimization abilities
Hands-on approach, capable of working in a fast-scaling global environment
