Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
Experience: 5–10 years in a senior leadership or general management role
Industry Background: Exposure to financial services, fintech, payments, banking, or technology operations preferred
Skills:

Commercial and strategic planning capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
High understanding of compliance, operational workflows, and business governance
