Our Sales Representatives play a critical role in connecting clients to the financial tools that help them grow, compete, and operate securely across international markets. We are seeking motivated, client-focused individuals who can communicate value, build lasting relationships, and represent Octalas BasS with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Engage and onboard prospective clients, clearly presenting Octalas BasS products and solutions.

Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and ongoing support.

Understand client needs and propose tailored BaaS, payments, and onboarding solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to activation.

Meet sales targets while upholding the highest standards of compliance and client care.

Represent Octalas BasS at events, meetings, and presentations with confidence and professionalism.

Maintain accurate reporting of leads, pipelines, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field

  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales, fintech, payments, or financial services preferred

 

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and presentation abilities

    • Relationship-building and negotiation skills

    • Understanding of fintech, payments, or financial products (advantageous)

    • Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset

    • Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a structured sales pipeline

Salary

$85,000 - $90,000 Per Year
